Cancellation fee
If you, for any reason, decide to cancel your participation after your payment, we will refund the conference fee minus the cancellation fee, which is 20 Euros.
Mentioned above is possible only until 31st August 2012. After this deadline we will refund only 50% of the conference fee due to the fixed costs of the conference.
